We will try to match you up with an ambassador who will contact you a few weeks before conference to answer questions and be a point of contact.




COVID WAIVER

Nannypalooza continues to monitor policy and procedures during the COVID-19 pandemic. The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority. We are working with the hotel and sourcing local information in order to keep everyone safe.

While we are doing everything possible to hold a safe and fun event, under no circumstances are we able to guarantee that you will not become infected with the virus. We STRONGLY encourage all attendees to be up to date on recommended vaccines before attending Nannypalooza.  As the situation may evolve, please be sure to read updated information about setup and rules of the event sent to you via email from [email protected].

Agreement:

  •  I declare I will not attend any conference event if I am experiencing or exhibiting any COVID-19 related symptoms as outlined by the federal and state Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) such as fever, dry cough, or shortness of breath.
  •  I acknowledge I must follow the safety protocols that have been implemented by Nannypalooza and posted in buildings on hotel property including practicing social distancing and maintaining separation of six feet from individuals.
  •  I acknowledge I may be removed from an event or asked to leave the conference should I exhibit any behavior in direct contrast to expressed guidelines and safety measures.

I have read and understand the COVID waiver from above and agree that by my attendance at Nannypalooza, I have deemed to have given a full release of liability to the released parties to the fullest extent of the law.


Refund Policy and Partial Payments

You may choose to split your payment into easy increments. If you choose the payment plan, here are the details: 

  • You may make an initial deposit of $150
  • Balance is charged to your credit card on August 7th. 
  • Additional payments may be made by signing into your account prior to August 7th. 
  • You can split up the payments however you wish but the balance will be charged to your account August 7th.
  • If you choose the partial payment plan there are no refunds for any reason. 

There will be a prompt in your confirmation email at the bottom of the page to make an account so you can sign back into your registration to pay. Remember, if you do not make payments, the balance due on your registration will be charged to your account on August 7th. 




NO REFUNDS AFTER August 7th.
PRIOR TO JULY 1ST A FULL REFUND IS AVAILABLE MINUS A $30 PROCESSING FEE. 


ALL REGISTRATIONS ARE TRANSFERABLE- IF YOU CAN NOT ATTEND YOU MAY SELL YOUR REGISTRATION TO OFFSET YOUR COSTS. FOR MORE INFORMATION CONTACT SUE AT [email protected].
